Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 4,500 retail branches, 17 customer service centers, and approximately 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. Team Overview - Consumer Data and Engagement Platform (CDEP)
The CDEP group works across the Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB), Consumer Lending, and Wealth and Investment Management lines of business to develop coordinated strategies for growth in each of Wells Fargo's customer segments. The team is responsible for designing seamless, engaging customer experiences across products and channels, and building the next-generation digital, data and analytics, and functional capabilities required to deliver toward these objectives. The Consumer Data Products function within CDEP aims to build a strong, centralized ecosystem to support the data needs of the consumer LOBs. This includes the build out of a common data platform (Consumer Analytics Platform, a.k.a. CAP), utilities (e.g., eligibility, transactional, etc.) and analytical capabilities to enable business priorities/use cases.
About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to implement, customize and maintain SharePoint based solutions
Responsibilities * Manage a team of technology professionals
Understand and follow process/guidelines in performing SharePoint maintenance operations
Monitor ticketing systems for task assignments and provide on-time feedback/updates
Effectively communicate all issues/challenges
Perform day-to-day site management operations (including, but not limited to: create site and setup site according to templates, security group creation, maintaining security group membership, create/setup/configure list/library/pages and any other site content components)
Perform necessary development based on Work-Breakdown
Perform site transition or migration tasks as defined in requests
Assist in gathering information and perform site usage analysis to support audit/reviews
Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: SharePoint development and Support, Web reporting and/or analytics
3+ years of managing a team of technology professionals
5+ years of client-side programming
5+ years of Production Support Experience and Consultation
Undergraduate degree required.
Desired Qualifications * Must possess an in depth understanding and hands on capabilities with SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online development
Advance in SharePoint PowerApp and Flow development
Advance with routine SharePoint administrative tasks, design and upgrade for the future SharePoint capabilities, as well as being accustomed to working in a team environment in a large structured environment
Experience with ReactJS or AngularJS is a plus
Advance experience in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, CSS, XML, and XSL etc. to write customized SharePoint solutions
Ability to work with partners who need a solution but to not have detailed requirements; strong consultation skills to help partners get to the right solution and requirements
Experience migrating from SharePoint 2013/2016 to SharePoint Online
Experience managing a SharePoint site collections including governance and compliance activities
Strong technical writing skills, communication skills, the ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate strong presentation skills
Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
