Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting web and desktop applications.
Providing technical support / problem resolution through phone/chat/email.
Handle user/client concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Reproduction and validation of issues reported by users.
Provide support to developers in investigating application related issues
Monitor application usage and infrastructure.
Recommend and/or apply necessary changes to the system based on user feedback.
Escalate concerns and issues as necessary to your supervisor.
Documentation of all identified issues/errors from cause to resolution.
Bachelor's degree in any Computer related field.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
A technical, logical thought process.
The desire to learn and develop skills.
An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
An ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Good attention to detail.
Experience in hands-on technical support, preferably in an IT or related industry.
Basic knowledge in software testing.
