Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technical Support Team.
2. Establish metrics, lead and mentor team members, and manage resources.
3. Act as a senior agent who will drive customer satisfaction through customer support.
4. Establish and evolve formal Technical Support processes, ensuring that the team is using company's best practices.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analysis and provide solution for recurring issues.
6. Recommend and/or apply necessary changes to the system based on user feedback.
7. Documentation of all identified issues/errors from cause to resolution.
8. Be the point of contact when it comes to technical escalations.
9. Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
10. Manage and report on all incoming technical support inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any Computer related field.
2. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
3. Good communication and presentation skills;
4. Excellent problem-solving skills;
5. A technical, logical thought process.
6. The desire to learn and develop skills.
7. An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
8. An ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
9. Good attention to detail.
