Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support through phone, email for all customers. 
The Specialist will have strong problem resolution abilities and should be able to maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate issue resolution, to secure longer-term business. 
 
 
 
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE,EXPERIENCE 
 
 
-Certificate from college or technical school; or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
 
 
-Familiar with proper phone etiquette
 
-Knowledge of customer service principles, practices
-
Effective listening skill
 
-Willingness to cooperate with others, work to the greater good
 
-Multitasking capabilities
 
-Able to work independently, meet customer needs
 
-Self motivated, detail oriented, organized
 
-Excellent communication oral, written
 
-Outstanding customer service skill
 
-Experience with set up troubleshoot multiple Microsoft windows application
 
-Knowledge of wireless networking, set up
 
-Willing to work overtime
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
 
-Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, email other electronic mediums
 
-Provide web-based training
 
-Provide feedback on improvement opportunities based on current product behavior in the field
 
-Diagnose, configure customer equipment to connect to server systems
 
-Provide excellent customer service in all situations
 
-Communicate technical terms in a non-technical format that our customers can understand for troubleshooting purposes
 
-Provide support, assistance on other service activities
 
-Follow workplace operating and environmental, health safety procedures guidelines
