Job Technical Support Representative
Description
Qualifications:
* At least Senior High School graduate or High school graduate with 6 months technical work experience.
* With or without BPO experience
* Must have good communication skills
* Available to start ASAP
* Amenable to work onsite
* Willing to work on shifting schedules
Responsibilities:
* Able to assist customers through analyzing and conducting troubleshooting.
* Resolving customer's software and hardware-related concerns by simply educating them through calls.
