Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region .
Make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, First Line Maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and Single pocket proof encoders.
Assisting in site preparation, including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment; May also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements.
Performs periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products; Diagnoses problems, makes minor repairs, and replaces components (at the module level)
Responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activities.
Responsible for tracking and reporting all expenses incurred in the delivery of services, including telephone, private automobile, and/or public transportation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Knowledgeable on WAN, LAN and Wireless WAN protocols for network troubleshooting and isolation.
Know how on procedures to troubleshoot network issues using DOS or Windows application to isolate problem.
Knowledgeable in PC Hardware and Software. Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical background is a plus, with additional familiarity on measuring and repair tools.
Good command in English language (oral and written communication skills)
Must be willing to work in Talavera, Nueva Ecija
