DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting and diagnostic testing
Conduct preventive maintenance of all equipment that is already out of warranty and dusting off of all equipment covered by warranty
Replacement and repair of defective components of PDAEs which are already out of warranty
Deployment of IT resources (PC, printers, scanners, and other PDAEs)
Software installations and patch/version updates
Virus removal
other IT related task
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any IT related course (Bachelors or Vocational)
with at least 1 year of work-related experience
with basic knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting
with basic knowledge in LAN/WAN
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Tuguegarao City
