Technical Support Engineer - ENT (Support Enterprise)
Available to work in a shifting schedule
The salary offer starts at PHP 25,000
Qualifications:
Minimum of six (6) months of technical support experience.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Must have basic SQL experience.
Knowledgeable of technologies such as HTML and CSS.
Available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support and preliminary investigation for VIP customer issues and service requests.
Manage and track VIP customer issues.
Respond to VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for the knowledge base.
