Welink MCS is hiring for a Technical Support Analysts in behalf of a client partner in the Banking Industry

Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree in computer science and graduated from these universities: Mapua University, De la Salle University, PLM or AMA.
•Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and relevant troubleshooting.
•Familiar with Printer, Scanner, PC, Laptop computer maintenance.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
•Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
•Able to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment against multiple deadlines.
•Strong communication skills, good in both written and spoken English.
•Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel Macro, including calculations (vlookup, pivot, etc).
•Have the following certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a plus.
