Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with the software development group to resolve more advance issues when necessary.
Resolves escalated stakeholders' complaints concerns without the need for supervisor's intervention.
Serves as Laboratory Custodian of the Computer Laboratories and Speech Laboratory both Basic Education and Higher Education.
Documents troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
Participates in providing training to stakeholders as required.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications
At least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course.
Preferably at least six (6) months work experience.
Contract length: 6 months

8 hour shift
