WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Answer inbound calls and provide answer to customer inquiries.
Create and update tickets.
Initiate outbound calls to end users for follow up and confirmation of services.
Send and reply to emails regarding repairs, VoIP, fax, eFax.
Other emails request for Service Inquiry, Phone porting, set up request and Account changes.
WHAT DO WE NEED:
At least 1 year of TSR experience in a BPO company
Technical background and knowledge on Telco terminologies and processes specifically CVoIP, Internet and Networking.
Above average communication skills.
Good analytical skills and attention to details.
Must be amenable to work in our office in Imus, Cavite.
