Our brand, , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with an International Raw Materials Sales Company in Food & Beverage in their search for a Business Group Manager based in Taguig City.Salary Range: ₱35,000 - ₱40,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Day ShiftLocation: Taguig CityThe roleThe Technical Sales Supervisor is responsible for independently managing and expanding sales of specific ingredients within the Dairy and Processed Meat Technology (PMT) business unit, targeting customers in the HORECA sector. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and technical application support, including product trials and prototyping. The supervisor plays a key role in delivering value-added ingredient solutions that meet the performance and formulation needs of clients.Your Responsibilities:Sales & Account Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA sector for targeted dairy and meat ingredients.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Independently prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to after-sales support.
Technical Support & Product Application
Provide technical advice on the use and functionality of specific ingredients in dairy and processed meat formulations.
Support customers through product application development, prototyping, and trial execution.
Collaborate with customers on formulation adjustments and troubleshoot any production-related challenges.
Ensure successful product integration and performance in customer processes.
Market Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs related to focused ingredient categories.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Recommend new product ideas or service enhancements based on insights from the field.
Coordination & Customer Service
Coordinate with internal teams (sales admin, logistics, warehouse, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to availability, quality, or delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-through on customer orders and technical requests.
