The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using work management tools like Azure DevOps
Assign and supervise tasks of team members, ensuring they align with business objectives, are completed on time, and within budget
Coordinate multiple projects and work streams, ensuring teams have the necessary resources.
Support development efforts by scheduling & attending meetings, leading daily scrums, and coordinating action items
Guide the team in applying Agile methodologies and facilitate the delivery of changes.
Plan and execute deployments, assist with project handover, and provide necessary trainings.
Identify, analyze, prioritize, and manage project risks in collaboration with senior management.
Act as a liaison with internal customers, managing relationships and ensuring project delivery.
Prepare sprint data and project reports for senior management and lead retrospective meetings.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand project requirements, scope, and technical complexities.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project deliverables.
Manage technical dependencies and integration points with other projects or systems.
Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in technical processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications:
4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience
3+ years of experience in Project Management or Agile Scrum (background in Application Development, Agile Coaching, or Technical Project Management preferred)
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including work estimation, resource planning, sprint planning, sprint review/retrospectives, and risk assessment
Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Tools, such as Azure DevOps and Visio, with a focus on Agile Scrum
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Scrum Master Certification is a plus
Software development experience is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Proficiency in the English language
Willingness to work exclusively on Night Shift
