The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and that focus on web and mobile app development
Responsibilities
Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:
(a)Analysis of product requirements and backlog. Manage Product Development by assigning the backlog into Sprints.
(b) Oversee a team of 3-5 developers for web and mobile app development. Development technologies involved include GoLang, Node.JS, React, and Flutter.
(c) Write and review technical specs for backend server applications and front-end mobile apps.
(d) Work with data structures and algorithms effectively in micro services development.
(e) Design platform features like internationalization, configurability, scalability & cross data center failover. Design for performance, availability, and scalability.
(f) Lead the development of the product with bug free, efficient and production grade code.
(g) Follow a robust Test Management and defect Management process using Jira and testing automation tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with building out Mobile application framework such as Flutter
Experience with Golang or equivalent back-end programming language
Experience with front-end development programming languages such as Node.JS, React
