TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Duties and Responsibilities :
Working closely with project manager to define project scope, roles and responsibilities.
Determining project technical requirements and providing detailed project estimates and timelines.
Working closely with members and assigning task to achieve daily, weekly or monthly goals.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects.
Solving techincal issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
Overseeing deployments and new releases.
Code review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience managing software development projects using latest project management tools like ASANA, Trello or Jira.
Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes, including knowledge of various methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript frameworks, mobile app development, and other modern programming languages is essential.
Proficiency in repository or sourcecode version control system like Git, including branching, merging, conflict resolution, and code review processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
