Master and sell innovative products, open sustainable customer accounts.
Provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support, and conduct product training.
Build strong client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve targets.
Analyze data, resolve issues, and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic sales plans.
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience, ideally in the lubricants industry or related
Preferably a graduate of a business, marketing, technical, or engineering-related course
Valid Code 2 Driver's License, with at least 2 years of experience driving a car or 4-wheel vehicle
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines, preferably closer to their home base
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Articulate, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Analytical with problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Good time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
