Works closely with members of the Customer Support team to get a detailed understanding of issues reported by Customers
Be Customer-inspired and communicate clearly with Customers for troubleshooting issues
Liaise with internal teams (Product, QA, Operations, Engineering) to escalate and resolve customer support issues
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify whether issues are hardware or software related
Have a good understanding of the technical design of hardware products and the software platform
Have a good understanding of Technical Design Documents and Product Specification Documents
Have a good understanding of known issues across current product SKUs
Familiar with test environment procedures and processes
Can work well under pressure and be an "out of the box" thinker
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Willing to ask questions and be eager to learn about new products and solutions
Job Qualifications
Possess minimally a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years of hands on experience in Testing / Software development / R&D / Customer Support
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work methodically and have attention to detail
