Qualifications:
-Completed at least 2 years in college
-Must have good English communication skills
-Strong customer service orientation
-At least 6 months of Technical support experience in a BPO setting
-Can start immediately
-Willing to work on a graveyard shift
-Work From Home
Important Qualifications:
-Must have a FAST and STABLE internet connection and a PC or Windows laptop.
Responsibilities:
-Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns
-Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue
-Converse with clients using appropriate language
-Identify upselling opportunities to facilitate sales of the company products/services
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
-Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns
