The Tech Specialist must help build and maintain Civicom's computer systems and ensure IT systems are functioning efficiently, effectively and in compliance with the security policy. The IT Associate must resolve hardware and/or software faults within the acceptable timeframe, and be able to effectively communicate the diagnosis to all relevant parties.
We are looking for individuals who are goal-oriented and energetic, show initiative, demonstrate a high level of integrity and common sense, and have the ability to adapt to various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support and resolution to end-user's IT concerns in a responsive and service-oriented manner
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network related problems
Help manage servers and network devices
Setup accounts, install software, and configure IT products
Assist in setup, transfer and configuration of workstations
Conducts research, perform proof-of-concept, and implement IT projects
An intermediate theoretical knowledge on the following would be a plus:
Windows environment, Active Directory
Linux OS
Advanced Networking skills
Structured cabling
Fortigate firewall configuration
Cisco router configuration
CRM systems: remote VPN/remote desktop, SalesForce, SalesPage
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
Has an excellent command and understanding of the English language, both oral and written
Willing to work extended hours, shifting schedule, and weekends for special projects
Willing to work in Alabang
Ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities
Mobile and able to lift or move IT equipment
Puts security in high consideration, consistently follows procedures, protocols, and policies
Has the initiative, and has a high level of analytical thinking
