What requirements must I need?
To be of legal working age
At least high school diploma for old curriculum, SHS for new curriculum
At least 6 months BPO experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to type 35 words per minute
Basic computer navigation skills
Broadband Internet Connection of at least 15Mbps
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
