The purpose of the Team Leader for Sales Support's role is to coach and support the Product Specialist Support team, keep agents accountable to the business' expectations, ensure training is dispensed and retained, that processes are correctly followed and support the Operations Manager in creating a pleasant work environment for all to enjoy.
Key responsibilities & duties
Responsible for the consistent performance of the Product Specialist Support team ensuring the timely submissions of applications, settlements and accuracy of data and tasks
Plays a vital role in maintaining team productivity, leading and coaching team members, celebrating the team's achievements and the delivery of company objectives.
Support the Operations manager in creating a supportive, happy work environment that fosters each individual's development and provide career growth opportunities.
Ensure that each team member is following the correct process outlined during training and ongoing coaching
Responsible in providing an escalation channel for internal stakeholder feedback, effective resolution and improving customer outcomes by following a 'right first time' approach
Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as lenders, to effectively deliver updates and information to the team as well as improve submission quality and time to settlement
Responsible for raising and correcting any unwanted behaviours by coordinating with the Operations Manager
Responsible for daily and weekly reporting of team KPI's to the Operations Manager
Requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a performance driven setting

Demonstrated ability to create great customer experiences
Adaptable in a constantly changing environment
High level of attention to detail
Responsive, resilient and confident in the handling of escalations
