Meet and exceed in the delivery of monthly/annual revenue targets
Set team peroformance standards and goals to meet revenue quotas
Aligns goals with leaders, peers and partners that are in sync to expertise, interest and potential for growth
Manage staffing levels and scheduling to optimize performance, including planning, assigning, and directing work.
Monitor program effectiveness and report on productivity to project leaders and clients.
Requirements
Has a bachelor's degree from a college/university
Has a previous experience in a team leader/supervisor role in the BPO industry
Very good communication skills in English and Filipino
Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed
Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel
Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements an advantage
