ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and direct the daily activities of the Team Leader, Tax Analysts and Account Payable, including creative resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations
Provide operational guidance. Train, coach, monitor, recognize, support and promote discipline in any given situation
Provide meaningful career and professional development for assigned experts, in partnership with leadership development staff
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Key Skills:
Basic understanding of policies and best practices or risk management
High level of initiative, accountability, and self-motivation
Solid experience with Excel (and Google sheets) (i.e. intermediate to advanced level)
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Solid experience and skills in conducting Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly Business Reviews
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's/College degree in Accounting or any Finance related course
2-3 years of experience working as a Leader in Risk/Financial-related account
