We're looking for someone who will supervise our Lead Generation Team to create new business leads and awareness around Magic Dedicated in order to accelerate sales and revenue growth.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hire and train a team of cold callers
Oversee daily workflow and performance of the team
Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality and compliance with best practices
Measure team performance; communicate goals and quotas to team
Encourage and motivate the team as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas
Prepare weekly reports on team activities and outputs
Proven experience as a supervisor in the BPO industry or similar supervisory position
At least 2 years experience doing lead generation/cold calling
Background in market research is a plus
A results-oriented approach
Must be a goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and independent worker
Ability to work under pressure
