About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for a Remote, Energetic and Strong leader who is ready to help lead a team of over 75 staff including billable personnel, project leads, and implementers.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift, Hybrid set-up
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Train direct reports on how to manage and train their members.
Ensure attendance of billable employees via roll call.
Coordinate sourcing and placement of new and additional remote staffing requests.
Retain current billable counts through account review meetings.
Grow current accounts billable headcounts through our customized analytical approach.
Oversee monthly quality and compliance reports via the QA and Lead departments.
Ensure proper billing of your clients by meeting with Workforce and Accounting.
Participate in all HR related inquiries.
Participate in Operations Meetings and suggest new innovations.
Requirements:
Nursing Degree
5 years of BPO Lead Experience.
Has led a billable team of 25 or more.
Pain Management knowledge.
Trained in call center, authorizations, referrals, and EMRs.
Strong client management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent English proficiency.
Strong Training background.
30 wpm or faster.
Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets).
Stable Home internet.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
