This position is established for managing account related activities for Corporate, Ocean & Air Freight to achieve agreed service levels that includes:
Managing the team's performance ensuring that KPI are met
Facilitate performance review meeting with the customer
Rule based working along global standards
Readiness of mind, concentrated/accurate/reliable mode of operation (functioning)
Handling complex tasks independently
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Assists the team who provides overall support to client's control tower processes and should understanding on all operational reports and transactional tasks.
Manage daily workload and ensure that tasks are completed before the deadline.
Conduct daily huddle sessions and team discussions
Conduct coaching session especially for non-performing individuals
Attend to mails and ensure that escalations are attended to and addressed
Facilitate performance review meetings with the customer and provide performance reports and data.
Ensures complete and accurate process documentations
Generates operational reports and provides analysis as per stated in the SOP.
Provides analysis in the reports which will add value to the receiver / client.
Facilitates deep dive training for new member.
Performs operational requirement tasks and adhoc reports.
Report irregularities as per SOP and Global KPI. Perform proper escalation when necessary.
Promotes and initiates process improvement. Active participation on projects that may lead to process efficiency.
Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company's intellectual property protection.
Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Experience in leading a team
Experience in handling reporting tasks and have a good understanding of data
Can facilitate meetings and participate in performance call with the stakeholders
Can assist new team members and can execute training
Good understanding of shipping and incoterms
Experience in data entry tasks, documentation, rates management and milestones tracking
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge in MS Office (specially on Excel and PPT) MS Teams
Basic knowledge in web-based applications / Internet
Good reading comprehension and analysis for case
Quick comprehension and focus at work
Team player and good interpersonal skills
Educational background / Work experience
College of any four-year course
Freight forwarding / Logistics experience is an advantage but not required
Language skills
Fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
Local language
Computer Literacy
Basic knowledge in MS Office/ Excel / MS Team
Basic knowledge in web-based applications / Internet
