QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy
CPA is an advantage
With at least 4 years experience in Tax
Must be willing to work in Makati City
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review financial records, such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation on compliances.
Coordination with Legal Team / External Consultant
Review information gathered, such as material assets, income, liabilities, and expenditures to verify compliances and reported financial status and identify potential tax issues.
Reconcile tax return vs per books
Review tax returns and schedules before filing
Consult tax consultant and perform tax research to determine other tax concerns and issues / make sure tax compliance of the company
Computation of Income tax / VAT / Withholding / Fringe ben tax and other tax compliances
Trains & provide guidance to staff members
