Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
With at least three (3) years working experience in the field of taxation
Experience from an audit firm is an advantage (must have at least 3 busy seasons)
Experience in a real estate industry is an advantage
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Should be knowledgeable with the following:
Local and National Internal Revenue Taxes
Incentives granted by BOI, PEZA, AFAB and other economic zone regulating bodies
Internal Control
Philippine Financial Accounting Standards
Lex Libris (Tax Research)
Income and deferred tax computation
Handling BIR assessments and preparation of reconciliation and protest letters
