JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform tax compliance process;
Review of the company's compliance with the applicable tax rules and regulations;
Participate in preparation of the budget and financial forecast, review of budget proposals and preparation of necessary supporting documentation and justification;
Interact with various departments to review and validate financial information;
Work closely with external during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified request;
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles;
Recommend resolution to complex accounting issues, process movement and ensuing the company's books are following accounting standards;
Supervise and review the work of the taxation staffs prior to further perusal of higher authorities and provide continuous guidance and coaching to achieve optimal performance;
Review employee payroll processing;
Support Taxation Manager with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy;
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent;
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City (BGC)
