Responsibilities:
Calculates and accounts taxes, both national and local
Prepares returns including supporting attachments
Coordinates tax accounting activities with the reviewers, approvers and other departments to effectively manage the process
Coordinates with auditors for the required schedules or supporting documents needed for the completion of the audit
Exercises customer focus mindset to maintain good working relationship to clients
Monitors inquiries / tickets raised for the team
Maintains the highest ethical and integrity standards in all internal and external dealings and internal and external relationships
Requirements:
Must be a college graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related course
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
Minimum of one year work experience in preparation of tax returns and attachments
Preferably with one (1) year experience in local government taxation
Preferably with one (1) year hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules
