Primary Responsibilities:
Initial review of contracts to check & assess that terms & conditions maximize profits, limit financial risks & tax compliant
He/ she will monitor proper contract execution (signed by both parties & notarized) to ensure any obligation arising from said contracts are accounted for.
Ensure completeness, existence & validity of all contracts.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, and/or other related courses.
More than 1-year experience acquired in a position involved heavily in reconciliation.
Well-versed in MS Office applications especially Excel.
Strong analytical and computational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal language skills in English
Flexible and open to learning new things.
Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City
