Job Description
We are looking for a Tax Analyst who will be responsible for the following:
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly tax account analysis and tax computation.
Prepares Monthly/Annual alphalisting of WE, WC (QAP, Compensation Schedule of assigned project).
Recording of tax payment entries and updates tax monitoring.
Assists and prepares necessary requirements for the new application and renewal of various permits, licenses, certifications in compliance with government regulations.
Assists in the preparation of documents for year-end audit and HO/Site BIR Assessment/Examination.
Prepares reconciliations and vouching procedures in BIR audits and assessments.
Intercompany Reconciliation of assigned related party. FL-Subsidiary/RelParty.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in taxation or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in processing government regulatory requirements.
Must be organized and able to multi- task
Must be people- oriented and effective communicator in all levels in the organization.
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel.
Strong attention to details and good analytical skills.
Must be willing to work overtime, if needed.
Familiarity with basic accounting and/or finance procedures.
Applicants must be willing to work in BF Homes, Paranaque City.
