Tax AccountantATC Healthcare International Corp

1. Responsible for preparing ATC Healthcare and all its subsidiaries BIR Mandatory Requirements, BIR payment and filing systems thru different modes such as EFPS or eBIR forms.
2. Supports monthly, quarterly and year end close processes, account reconciliations.
3. Perform all tax compliance, such as Bureau of Internal Revenue filings, registrations, etc., Ensure that tax reporting reconciles with the book of accounts, handles monthly Expanded Withholding Tax, withholding tax on compensation, Alpha list, Handles VAT return preparation on monthly and quarterly basis including Summary List of Sales and Purchases, Handles Tax Assessments.
4. Preparation of Quarterly Income Tax.
5. Monitoring of BIR form 2307 completion.
6. Performs other tax-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
7. Responsible in the preparation of responses letter and coordinate to BIR.
8. Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner.
9. Negotiate with tax authorities over tax payment issues.
10. Responsibilities: Handles Tax Refund and coordination of tax preparation works Review and prepares Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Return Responsible for updating Management and teams on the latest tax update and compliance
11. Handle all tax related issues for all affiliates (Easy Pay, Fortune pay and other affiliates)
PAYROLL PROCESS
12. Prepare/review payroll report for ATC Healthcare and other affiliates companies.
TAX STRATEGIES
13. Devise tax strategies to defer or eliminate tax payments.
14. Make recommendations for any tax improvements, minimizing the risk of tax audit and tax allowances. Formulates tax planning strategies Manage and maintains the company's tax database
AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE
15. Evaluate company's compliance with existing laws and regulations.
16. Responsible in preparation of tax schedule for audit process.
17. Assess the company's tax exposure using benchmark set by the BIR in each industry setting.
18. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
