About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Tax Services team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will provide U.S. Tax analysis of transactions
You will handle tax reporting for investors and tax filings
You will interface with other areas of firm
You will participate in departmental and divisional initiatives
You will contribute to delivery of K-1s to investors on a timely basis
You will provide global analysis of transactions
You will assist in special projects as necessary
About You:
You have prior tax and financial services experience a plus
You have strong software skills
You are proficient in MS Excel; comfortable with formulas, should understand the basics of macros & pivot tables, and be able to navigate and understand workbooks
You have the intuitive feel and be a quick study for various software applications
You have Hedge fund experience is a plus
You have an experience in USA/Australian Tax compliance experience on hedge funds/private equity funds is a plus.
You have strong attention to detail
You have the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
You have the ability to manage multiple tasks / projects
You have a proactive attitude
