The Talent Optimization and Development Officer is responsible in ensuring the Optimization and Development activities / process for ACI and ACII implemented in coordination with the Aboitiz Group HR (AGHR) governance and policies.
Requirements
College graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or any other related courses
At least 5 years of experience in the related function or work
BSc in Human Resources Management; MSc is a plus
Create and present KPI reports under Development & Succession; and
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate TL.
Responsibilities
Talent Management
Conduct Key Talent Reviews (KTR) for critical positions and high potential employees.
Maintain and update KTR files.
Maintain and update ACI and ACII Talent Inventory.
Learning and Development
Monitor the Individual Development Plans of talents.
Upkeep and maintain related HR analytics reports.
Monitor ACI and ACII training compliance to accommodate requests for exclusive training sessions/e-learning modules to aid in compliance.
Promote training courses.
Direct, design and launch customized courses where needed.
Utilize Aboitiz Talent Management System - Learn module.
Conduct In house training Module.
System Administration
Champions the administration of HR Systems related to Training & Development, Talent Management and Goals and Performance to ensure user acceptance and utilization.
Attend to tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
