JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Agriculture related course
At least one (1) year of experience in people management
Skills and Knowledge:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Can balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff
Supervise subordinate staff and direct their daily activities
Follows health and safety requirements in production and assists in the implementation of company policies
Ensure smooth production process flow
Oversee the production output meets the required standards, specifications
Handle clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision
