JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with CHBC managers and supervisors.
Create and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options.
Develop effective on-boarding programs for new employees and training programs for promoted employees and management trainees.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development employee development.
Determine KPIs, progress tracking methods, and reporting systems.
Create employee evaluation forms and conduct performance evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
3+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
