Job Description
The HR Specialist, Talent Attraction takes care of the employee, management, and organizational development through various attraction programs. The HR Attraction Specialist responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of attraction and recruitment related activities.
Talent Attraction Strategies
Create effective attraction strategies and measure the effectiveness of its effectiveness
Design and plan recruiting events and campaigns
Track, measure and report on recruitment events campaign results
Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing
Help design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy
Develop, define, and convey the employer brand, helping to uncover and promote the differentiating factors that make One Food Group a great place to work
Implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Oversee company's career site and suggest improvements
Create engaging job descriptions
Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
Attract
Execute operational plans to support the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy
Develop and maintain a compelling employee value proposition for our Employer Brand
Create and manage internal and external talent pool
Continually look to introduce innovation in talent attraction techniques to support the evolving needs of the organisation
Embrace the use of social media as part of the overall talent attraction journey
Help in planning and implementing attraction programs using various interventions
Hire
Lead the day to day Taguig recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate journey
Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on the end to end talent attraction process
Develop and manage a high touch end to end candidate experience journey
Coach, advise and provide guidance to HR Partners and hiring managers on talent attraction best practice
Establish and maintain the department filing system, employee personnel files, and recruitment files
Monitor the referral program
Assist in the process improvement, such as in updating existing recruitment policies and procedures
Monitor hiring for tomorrow programs
Audit monthly new updates and memos
Onboard
Management of employee records
Oversee the new hire onboarding from Day 0 to regularization
Provide excellent people experience service to candidates and hiring managers
Vendor Management
Manage all external recruitment partner relationships acting as a focal point within the organisation
Monitor performance through regular supplier feedback sessions
Track the use of the recruitment agencies and associated spend
Qualifications
Education:
At least a Bachelor's degree graduate
Experience:
At least three year recruitment
Extensive experience in attracting candidates - to build strong pipeline of candidates and flexible to deliver tailor-made solutions
Strong background in sourcing, know various sourcing tools and techniques
In-house experience in a global SSC/BPO/ RPO environment, a plus
Other Requirements:
Reporting
Presentation skills in powerpoint or equivalent
