Requirements
Your qualifications
At least 4years in technology recruitment with proven track record in bringing in exceptional talent
All-around experiencee working across various HR facets and labor legislation
Takes initiative, is pragmatic, and is self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Your quest
People Operations (General)
Provide assistance in collecting and analyzing HR-related information in order to assist management on attrition reduction and improving productivity
Promote a healthy office environment and culture that is conducive to productivity, mental well-being and rewards meritocracy
Seek to continuously improve processes to improve efficiency
Attend to ad hoc tasks
Employee/Labor Relations
Evaluate and resolve employee relations
Write, review, and revise existing company policies and other documents
Provide case management and other related trainings to managers
Serve as the POC between Freelancer.com's legal team and consulting lawyers for any legal advice and appropriate actions for administrative/labor cases
Handle admin cases investigation and recommend corrective actions to management. Tasks may include, but not limited to, preparing and issuing NTEs, Disciplinary Action Forms, Return-to-Work Orders, Notice of Decision, etc.
Talent Acquisition
Participate at events and meetups to network with technology professionals (including university partnerships)
Source and recruit exceptional candidates
Plan and implement employee engagement activities that will promote motivation, mental well-being, and work-life balance in the organization
