As part of our growth, we are establishing a new Manila-based office, where we will build and scale local technology and business teams from the ground up. We are looking for a driven and hands-on Recruitment Specialist to help shape the future of our Asia team. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in hiring top talent for our regional operations.Job Purpose:
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT roles. You'll work closely with global stakeholders and local hiring managers to ensure smooth and professional candidate experience and help build a strong local presence.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate feedback across hiring teams.
Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or alternative candidate Trackers and recruitment documentation.
Support ensuring all HR practices and hiring activities align with local labor laws and regulations.
Work closely with the global HR team to align recruitment strategy, compensation structure, and onboarding processes.
Support early-stage HR administrative tasks as needed
Required skills:
3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally with a focus on IT or technical roles.
Previous experience working in-house or with tech clients is a strong advantage.
Understanding of Philippine employment landscape and basic labor regulations.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership, while also being a strong team player.
Excellent communication skills in English.
