Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Source qualified candidates using online portals, social media platforms, job boards, print media, and other creative sourcing techniques
Manage and track candidate progress through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Evaluate applications and conduct initial screenings via phone, email, or video
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, and facilitate pre-employment assessments
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
Strong knowledge of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
Proficient in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
