Job Overview :
A Talent Acquisition - Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. A Recruitment Specialist with the supervision of the Recruitment Supervisor/Manager will be doing the day to day recruitment function and duties related to but not limited to the following tasks: Job Analysis, Sourcing & Ramp; Profiling, Screening and Selection, Documentation & Reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: sourcing (posting, resume mining/networking), interviewing, scheduling with hiring managers, conducting job offers, updating reports and escorting candidates to interviews - achieve recruitment goals and targets of the team
Conduct regular daily call-outs/screening to maintain an ample pool for future requirements - ensure the tapping of available leads and timely feedback is given to the candidates processed
Conduct Initial interviews using the tools/forms provided
Administer assessments during hiring process
Update Daily Recruitment Tracker on a real- time basis
Send report to hiring managers on the status of hiring requirements
Administratively report to Recruitment Supervisor/Manager
Complete adhoc project that will help improvement on the process and/or organization
Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates to effectively generate leads through external resources
Manage internal and external job postings through online channels, and other relevant channels and effectively generate and convert leads
Screen, assess, and invite qualified candidates accordingly for the improvement of applicant traffic and footfall
Gather and generate various sourcing data for reports generation in reflecting talent sourcing statistics and success rates to effectively conduct research for benchmarking in exploring other avenues or alternatives for candidate sourcing and company branding
Provide support and assistance in the preparation and execution of marketing peripherals in different recruitment activities such as floor walks, job caravans, job fairs, employee relations activities, etc.
Develop marketing plans and sourcing strategies that are in-line with contemporary recruitment trends, operations requirements, and time / season / events.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external affiliates / partners of the company that goals to build credibility and partnership for improving yields.
Ensure the effectiveness of various sourcing channels to maximize hiring costs
Will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and recruiting of non-agent, support and corporate requirements aligned with the overall business objectives of the business units/accounts.
Coordinate with HR on hired employees - completion of 201 files and other pre-employment requirements
Achieve individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence
Consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct
Qualifications:
At least 1 year Recruitment experience is preferred
Has working knowledge of Recruitment & Staffing Methodology
Preferably experienced employees in Customer Management
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably graduate of Psychology or Human Resource
Corporate hiring experience is a plus
Agile, can work independently in a fast paced & metric driven environment
Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with G-Suite & MS Office application
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Skills in database management and record keeping
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions, can work autonomously
