Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters to engage in sourcing active and passive talent, qualifying candidates, helping coordinate initial conversations with recruiters
Work with Interviewers and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and manage invitation process
Work closely with recruiter to develop business acumen to understand the function, needs, and requirements when sourcing candidates
Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing existing resources and exploring new ones to maintain talent pipelines for challenging and high volume roles
Ensure processes within the Applicant Tracking System are closely followed and that accurate and thorough documentation is collected and catalogued
Qualifications
Previous recruitment experience
Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including but not limited to compensation, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies required
Experience of Insurance preferred but not essential
Required Skills/Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail; results oriented
Ability to connect the dots and see how a candidate is a match beyond key words in a resume
Ability to multi-task and handle high volumes
Experience with Workday or similar HCM system and ICIMS or similar ATS preferred
Education
4-year degree
