Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
Write and post technical job descriptions
Develop programs that will build the recruitment pipeline, including university/school partnerships and networking
Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with universities and organizations to execute effective recruitment campaigns
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
Apply effective recruiting practices to passive and active candidates
Manage applicant communications to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout recruitment process
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Conduct background check and salary analysis of the identified candidate for hire
Provide recommendations for course corrections by leveraging data from our ATS, post interview and post hire surveys and other feedback loops
Monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
Oversee internship program
To be successful in this role, you are expected to exhibit both technical skills and personal qualities that align with M2.0's values and culture. The ideal M2.0 Communications' Talen Acquisition Specialist must have:
3-5 years of proven success in recruiting and filling technical positions
Experience using a applicant tracking system and resume databases
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Strong analytical and planning skills
