Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates
Develop new candidate pipelines. This may include establishing relationships with universities and professional groups. * Manage external recruiting firm relationships.
Maintain candidate information utilizing Arch's talent platform, iCIMs.
Evaluate candidates from multiple sources including job boards, employee referrals and external recruiting firms.
Conduct background and reference checks.
Recommend improvements to the function
Client Relationship
The successful candidate for the STAS role will work with Arch Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand the current and future business needs.
Conduct intake meetings with the Managers to provide counsel and guidance on the talent process in the Philippines.
Determine applicant requirements based on intake meeting, position description and market data.
Managing the Candidate Experience
Understand and explain the Arch story to candidates.
Provide clear communication about the candidate to the hiring manager.
Coordinate interview schedule and technology requirements
Work with Account Managers on compensation offers.
Prepare and present job offers to candidates.
Conduct onboarding activities including introduction to the team, overview of benefits, PEME endorsements and other regulatory matters.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Creative and resourceful.
Proven ability to utilize job portals and social media platforms for recruiting.
Required Skills/Experience
5+ years of full life cycle recruiting.
Proficient iCIMs or other applicant tracking system experience.
Licensed Psychometrician preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
