Interview candidates and prepare managers for interviews for mid to entry-level roles. In partnership with the Lead TA Specialist or Manager, negotiate and prepare offers.
Endorsing shortlisted candidates for interview/assessment
Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Design various recruitment strategies for all candidates
Providing information to candidates about the vacancy, role, hiring managers and the company
Communicate closely with stakeholders, employees and vendors. Collaborate with hiring managers and design recruitment plans
Strong, trusted partnerships with the business
Facilitate the on-boarding and transition process for new and existing employees. May contribute to new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of company policies/procedures
An effective onboarding experience for all new employees or redeployed employees.
