Details:
Full life cycle recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements.
Delineate and implement recruiting strategies.
Define, plan, and execute Search Strategies with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
Provide weekly communications and status updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
Full life cycle recruiting including candidate identification and candidate development.
Candidate assessment and evaluation.
Candidate presentation and delivery.
Partner with all internal customers, business partners and recruiting team members as well as with external business partners and candidates.
Provide a strong customer service orientation tall involved with the "Full Life Cycle" talent acquisition process and workflow.
Provide an exceptional "customer centric" experience tall involved with the talent acquisition process and workflow
Manage the offer and negotiation process with both clients and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
Details:
1-2 years of talent acquisition experience.
Experience recruiting and managing the full-cycle recruiting process for senior level candidates/roles.
Ability to manage key client and candidate experience.
Experience in all sourcing activities related to searches, including cold calling, candidate development and data mining.
Knowledge of the current local and national job market.
Ability to track and maintain personal monthly metrics, including hires, starts, candidate source and declines.
Demonstrated ability to team successfully with clients at all levels.
Ability to direct source candidates, leverage current sourcing tools, and the ability team with outside sourcing vendors when needed
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills and ability to resolve conflicts/issues using sound business judgment.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Experience with SmartSearch a plus
Strong command of English language
Must be available to support US core hours (roughly 8am - 5pm EST)
