In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top candidates to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.What you'll be doingDeveloping and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled, qualified candidatesSourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking and employee referralsScreening, interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for open positionsCollaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirementsProviding a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMaintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment databasesProcessing of onboarding requirements of new hiresWhat we're looking for1 to 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment (volume hiring) role, preferably within the property, construction or professional services industryStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniquesExcellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamA proactive, results-driven approach and a keen eye for detailLocation:On-site -Makati, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
