What will you do as a Recruitment Associate?
Sourcing of candidates through the different sourcing channels by the company
Pre-screen candidates; advising and coordinating schedule; candidate monitoring
Studying hiring ramp plan and objectives
Determines qualified applicants
Other tasks and targets ay may be assigned by the Recruitment Manager that may be necessary for the growth of the organization
What experience should I have?
No work experience required. Fresh grads are very much welcome to apply!
What competencies should you have?
College graduate
Excellent written/verbal communications skills
Detail-oriented, team-player, works well under pressure
Willingness to work onsite
