What Will You Do?
Liaise with the program and/or department heads from the time the hiring requisition is received to the time job offers have been accepted
Interview applicants for employment in all positions
Check references, determine qualifications and analyze experience and training of applicants
Rejects, hires or refers satisfactory applications for positions
Maintain and develop recruiting sources
What Do You Need To Succeed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
At least (1) one year of professional experience as a recruiter
Good understanding of employment laws
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interviewing skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to use judgment
Technical recruiting experience, preferred
Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
